These days on OTT platforms a lot of original content is being created. Zee5 is one company which has presence in multiple languages on OTT platform. In about a dozen regional languages it has created original stuff. After successful runs of Liftman which starred inimitable Bhau Kadam, Date with Saie which had Saie Tamhankar in a lead role playing herself, and Sex Drugs and Theatre Zee5 has come up with another original named Hutatma. The trailer of the same was unveiled recently.
Hutatma is A ZEE5 Original Marathi web series starring, Anjali Patil, Vaibhav Tatwawaadi, Abhay Mahajan, Sachin Khedekar, Ashwini Kalsekar, Anand Ingle and Lokesh Gupte. Series is directed by Jayprad Desai. Set against the flaring backdrop of the Samyukta Maharashtra Movement, Hutatma is a story of Vidyut, a young girl who gets on a quest to avenge her father’s untimely death in Samyukta Maharashtra Movement. Premieres on Maharashtra Day, 1st May on ZEE5.
