Bespectacled Diva Punjabi with three golds was the star performer among girls as Khar Gymkhana aggregated 100 points to bag the team championships trophy in the 47th YMCA Annual Swimming Gala at their swimming pool at Agripada here today. While MSP (Mulund Swimming Pool) pipped MLWB to claim the boys honours with 52 points.

However, Rishabh Choubey from Goregaon Sports Club, with 28 points – the highest among all the swimmers- took the men’s individual trophy, having won four golds, with three of them being a record-breaking timings. The women’s honours went to Ozone’s Nikita Rane with 15 points. Jispa Doshi, of Matunga Gymkhana and Kunal Shroff from MLWB, excelled in their respective girls and boys under-17 sections.

GIRLS: U-17: Jispa Doshi (Matunga Gym) – 21 pts. U-14: Diva Punjabi (Khar Gym) – 21 pts. U-12: Kshama Iyer (Glenmark) – 15 pts. U-10: Ananya Nayak (Ozone) – 16 pts. U-8: Aditi Haryan (MGMO)- 18 pts. U-6: Aarya Paste (CSMSS) – 20 pts.
