Defending champions MCC (Red) after an earlier setback when they lost to Jwala Sports Foundation , came back to winning ways by beating MCC (Blue) by 16 runs in the B4S MCC PRO – 40 double-leg 5-Team league played at Oval Maidan here today. For the holders it was the batting of Aditya Giri (67) and Sachin Upadhyay (51) together with fine bowling by medium pacer Jitendra Paliwal (3/26), which paved the way for their victory. For the losers, only Pratik Mhatre excelled with gritty 70.
