Divya Rane adjudged best boxer


 

Divya Rane, a girl from  Palghar’s Night Boxing Academy,  earned points and applause aplenty from the goodly crowd as she outpointed Nidhi Tiwari to  win the youth girls final in the 3rd Poinsur Boxing Championships,  held at  Yuvak Krida Mandal, near Poinsur Gymkhana here last night.  She was later adjudged the best boxer in the competition.

Asad Shaikh from St.Mathew’s Academy, in Mumbai Upnagar Boxing Association, bagged  the trophy  for being adjudged  the most promising boxer in the 46-48 kgs category  in the boys section.
