Inspired by the twin strikes from Sahil Deshmukh, Yeshua FC went on to record a convincing 4-0 win against Chembur YMCA in a Third Division matches of the MDFA League 2018-19 and played at the St. Xavier’s ground, Parel.
Making their intentions of paying for a win from the start, Yeshua FC immediately got down to action and Deshmukh netted the opening goal in the sixth minute and four minutes later he was again on target to double the lead and at the end of the first half led 2-0.
Later, Yeshua scored through Harish Shah and Parikshit Sula to romp to victory.
In another match, Vipul Gorai SC overcame Ummat E Milan 1-0 with Akshit Singh scoring in the 31st minute to clinch the win.
