JVPGC,Andheri YMCA 1st Div champs,Good show by CSMSS in lower divisions

 Mumbai Suburaban TT league Finals

With  former state champion and No.1 Noel Pinto leading from the front, the holders Juhu Vile Parle Gymkhana Club remained unscathed  to retain their hold on the trophy in the five-team Division I League of the MSDTTA  Inter-Club Table Tennis League, held at their club here yesterday. What was most remarkable feature of JVPGC’s triumph apart from Noel’s contribution, was the show put up by juniors Dev Shroff, Akshat Jain and Manaav Shah – all of them supported Noel to the hilt.

Much was expected from Sane Guruji Academy ‘A’  comprising Jignesh Rahatwal, Aadil Anand and Rishabh Sawant in their concluding tie against Juhu Vile Parle outfit.. But Noel claimed his customary two singles with ease, and Dev  hardly gave  Aadil Anand any hope before winning his singles to wrap up the tie.
