In the astonishing final, Maharshi Dayanand College-Parel defeated Dr.Ambedkar College-Wadala by 2-1 (3 single matches) & wonthe Inter College Team Championship Nirmal Trophy Carrom Tournament organised jointly by Vidhya Niketan Degree College-Ghatakopar & Ideal Sports Academy-Mumbai at Pantnagar BMC School Hall. In the final of Team Championship 3 Singles’ matches, Maharshi Dayanand College’s Juinior National Carrom Player Shubham Suryawanshi defeated Altaf Shaikh (Dr.Ambedkar College) by 23-0, 23-0 and their other Juinior National Carrom Player Omkar Netake defeated Nitin Karotia (Dr.Ambedkar College) by 25-5, 21-20. But Dr.Ambedkar College’s Juinior National Carrom Player Neelam Ghodake defeated Maharshi Dayanad College’s Juinior National Carrom Player Vaibhavi Shewale by 19-12, 14-0.
