KSA Payyade league
Mogaveera SC scored a late equalizer to hold Satya Vijaya SC to an exciting 2-2 draw in a league match of the 21st Late Shri Ramanath Payyade Memorial Football League Tournament 2016 –2017, conducted by the Karnatak Sporting Association and played at the KSA ground, Cross Maidan.
In an evenly contested encounter, Satya Vijaya who held the upper hand throughout twice took the lead through Tushar Poojary’s strike in the first half and Roshan Karmaran’s second half goal. Mogaveera fought hard and scored their first goal through Hetan Kalsetkar and in the final moments of the match scored the second goal through Prasad Adka.
Results : Satya Vijaya SC 2 (Tushar Poojary, Roshan Karmaran) drew with Mogaveera SC 2 (Hetan Kalsetkar, Prasad Adka).
