Favourites IC Extension thrashed Macabi-Tel-Aviv 5-0 to bag the rink football title in the Poinsur Gymkhana’s Uttar Krida Mahotsav annual Sports Fiesta here today. In fact, right the tournament, IC outfit dominated to such an extend that none of their rivals could stop their march to the title round.

Earlier, IC Extension defeated O.J. 4-2 in the quarters, followed by equally facile 3-1 win over Remedian White in the semifinals. The champions in fact, reserved their best for the final. At no stage, they gave the Macabi boys any chance whatsoever to make a match of it. For the winners, Mayur Suvare (2), Digvijay Yadav (2) and Umesh Perambra scored.
