NSportz will be hosting Corporate Bowling & Pool Championship on 3rd & 4th December 2016 at Prime Time R-City Mall, Ghatkopar. The event is open to all corporates including public & private limited, public sector, partnerships & proprietorships
As per the terms stipulated by the organisers, all participants have to have a valid company ID proof and must be from the same corporate. Grouping of employees from different corporates (including group companies) will not be allowed. In absence of employee id cards, a stamped & signed letter from the HR certifying the bonafides of the participants, must be submitted at the time of registration along with govt approved id proof by every participant. Failure to produce the necessary id proof by a player may result in the organizers not allowing the player(s) to participate in the tournament.
Lunch / refreshments will be served to all participants as applicable. League cum knockout matches will be played in both the sports. The specific match formats will be released with the schedule. However, each participant is assured of a minimum of 2 games in every category for both the sports.
Trophies & Medals will be given to the top 4 winners in every category for both the sports. Bowling shoes will be provided to all participants, but, all participants are to carry their own socks. Playing barefoot is not allowed. All other equipment for bowling & pool will be provided by the organisers. The match schedules and timings shall be put up on the website www.nsportz.com on 1st Dec 2016. A copy of the same will also be there at the venue. Schedule / draws put up are indicative and subject to change as there could be last minute changes in the teams / players.
The entry fee has to be paid by the last date of the registration which is 29th November 2016. If the fees are not paid by then, the participation of the player(s) will not be treated as confirmed unless expressly approved by Time Zone or NSportz. If such players turn up for the tournament, they may be allowed to participate as an on spot entry subject to availability and will have to pay a 20 % premium over the applicable fees.
The fees are to be paid favouring Time Zone Entertainment Private Limited which will be invoicing the corporate towards the participation fee. The fees are still payable if there is a subsequent withdrawal by the company after the last date for entry closes or at the tournament or due to a no show for any reason. Standard Rules of both the sports are applicable unless otherwise specified.
