Chimbai SC romped to a 2-0 win against Athletico Bandra in a Premier Division quarter-final play-off match, of the 15th Bandra West Football League 2016, sponsored by Baba Siddique & Zeeshan Siddique and conducted by the BWFA (Bandra West Football Association) and played at the Dr. Norman Lewis Supari Talao, Municipal grounds. Strikers Rohel Shaikh and Jonathan D’Souza, scored one goal apiece to secure Chimbai’s victory.
In another match, Celtic 7070 recorded an identical 2-0 win against Sporting Sensation. Karan Kapoor and Altamesh Sayed were bang on target with a goal each to complete Celtics win.
