HDFC Life team comprising of Suraj Chandrashekhar and Yash Doshi bagged the Men’s team title of the 11Even Sports Inter-Corporate TT tournament promoted by NSportz and played at the Khar Gymkhana on Sunday evening.

HDFC Life scored a comfortable 3-0 victory over Reliance Industries. However, Reliance team had mixed luck, as their Men and Women combined Team won the Super Mixed Team Title of another team event, when they defeated favourites TCS team with a narrow margin of 3-2.

Earlier, in the semi finals TCS had scored a narrow 3-2 victory over Design Club, with their star player Aakash Damle scoring 3-1 win in the deciding match against Karan Thakkar.
Design Club had managed to level the scores at 2-2, with Karan partnering with Joanne D managed to defeat Aakash and Apeksha Bhagwat. In the women’s singles match of this semi finals, Joanne had defeated Apeksha to win the second match for Designers.
NSportz team led by Nozer Amalsadwala did a good job promoting this 11even Sports Inter-Corporate TT tournament event, which had packed schedule during the week end, with very good response coming from the participating teams .
