PJ Hindu Gymkhana ‘A’ and ‘B’ Table tennis teams won their respective 1st Division matches on the second day of the MCDTTA annual League, today evening. While their ‘A’ team comprising of Shubham Ambre, Parthav Kelkar and Sanjay Nemlekar registered a 3-0 victory over Student YMCA ‘B’ team, their ‘A’ team comprising of Saurabh Mohite, Prakash kelkar and Tanmay Kelkar struggled to overcome the stiff competition from Parsee Gymkhana team. For Parsee Gymkhana, Zubin played a star role, winning both his matches, beating Saurabh and Prakash , his efforts went in vain.

In another 1st division league match, little Dev Shroff of MLWB- KKB ‘A’ put up a star show, winning both his matches against Student YMCA ‘A’ team’s seasoned players Deepak Dudhane and Chetan Dere in straight games. The other match for MLWB team was taken by Gaurav Parte, who scored a fluent 3-0 win over YMCA’s Chetan Dere.

In the Women’s Inter Club team league matches, Garware ‘A’ and ‘B’ teams made a good beginning defeating PJ Hindu Gymkhana and MLWB –NMJ teams. In the other two Women’s league matches played today evening, MLWB-KKB ‘A’ beat Parsee Gymkhana 3-1, while MLWB-KKB ‘B’ beat NSCI 3-0.
