Mohammed Khatib played the lead role by scoring five goals as Black Panthers outplayed Flying Eagles 8-0 in a concluding boys’ under-12 league match of the Ajmera FCL (Football Champions League) junior football tournament for kids, which was hosted and conducted by TSG (The Sports Gurukul) in association with Argentine club, Boca Juniors Football School.

Pathers, having won all their 8 league games finished with the maximum24 points to win the top honours. Dashing Rhinos with 16 points clinched the runners-up prize. Ashvit Rai of Dashing Rhinos was later declared as the ‘Promising Player’ of the tournament.
Mighty Elephants, also with the maximum 24 points emerged champions in the Boys’ Under-14 event, while Lion Kings with 10 points were runners-up. The ‘Promising Player’ of the tournament award was won by Nihar Jatia (Roaring Tigers).
The Boys’ Under-10 title was won by Super Stallions (18 points ) and the runners-up were Roaring Tigers (7 points). The ‘Promising Player’ award went to Nirmit Khanna (Mighty Elephants).
