After receiving overwhelming response for their first ever ‘Street Konnect’event, the enthusiastic residents of Thakur Village, are all set to host their second Street Konnect’ event in a big way. Like last year, there will be lots of events for healthcare and fitness; but, besides that they will be having talk shows demonstrations to conserve water and energy.
Good thing about the organisers is that they work in a team and there are no corporate sponsors for the event. The team members themselves contribute . Last year, trhe visitors contributed on their own, so that the show must go on, every year. Visitors can bring some gifts, in the form of books, or any useful item , which is in good condition, to exchange it with gift given by other visitors. 
There will be five fun zones with endless activities, a freedom zone for art lovers, Love Zone for Kids, Passion Zone for innovative areas and so on. The early you wake up on coming Sunday, i.e 24th January 2016, the better, as you will have maximum fun and learn lots of new things. So, do visit ‘Street Konnect’ between 7 am and 12 noon at the street adjacent to Thakur ( Miraj) Cinema and Oberoi Park View society. This event is open to all age groups, so join them with your entire family.
