Mangalore Blues SC showed excellent coordination and understanding to register a thumping 5-0 win against a disjointed Karnatak Amateurs SC in a league match of the 20th Late Shri Ramanath Payyade Memorial Football League 2015-2016, organised by theKarnatak Sporting Association (KSA) and played at the KSA ground, Cross Maidan.
Enjoying total domination and creating clear goal scoring chances, Mangalore Blues strikers did well to captitalise on the opportunities with James D’Souza and Adnan Yalgar scoring two goals each while Kevin D’Souza adding the fifth goal to complete the win.
Meanwhile, Jawahar Young Boys Sports Club played truant as they did not report for their match against Mogaveera Sports Club. The organizers awarded a win for Mogaveera and also three goals and three points.
