The 4th Third Eye Asian Film festival concluded yesterday night with the screening of Kerio Time’ from Egypt. ‘Ice water’ from Iran, was declared the best film, from among the 60 films and short films, which had entered the competition. This film festival, which began on 24th December 2015, saw the best films from new creative directors on different subjects. There was overwhelming response received by all the films, during this week long festival.
Highlight of this festival was the felicitation of Indian film actress Waheeda Rehman, who was conferred with Lifetime achievement award on the opening day. Dr. Mohan Agashe was also felicitated, for his performance in national award winning film ‘Astu’.
