Rohan advances, Siddharth out


Rohan Jambusaria (handicap -170), a former champion of this tournament, scored an easy victory defeating Akash Asrani (handicap -70) by 250-136 points in the prequarter-final round (race to 250 points) match of the SPG-Park Club Billiards Tournament – 2015, which is being jointly organised by the Shivaji Park Gymkhana and Park Club.

Leading India billiards professional player Siddharth Parikh (handicap -650) was not able to keep up with his earlier winning form as he lost in the prequarter-final round. Deepak Khubchandani (handicap -100) defeated Parikh 25-18 points to go through to the quarter-final.

But in another prequarter-final match, Arun Agrawal (handicap -550) created breaks of 141, 109 and 70 during his win against Chandu Kansodaria (handicap -120) by 250-130 points margin.

Hasan Badami (handicap -140) also scored a win by defeating Prabdeep Singh (handicap -100) by 250-153 points to enter the quarter-final round.
