Income Tax prevailed over Serco SC by a narrow 2-1 margin in a Super Division match of the MDFA (Mumbai District Football Association) League 2015-2016, and played at the St. Xavier’s ground, Parel on Monday.
Striker Kalpesh Rane got the opening goal for Income Tax in the 14th minute, before Mackilon Fernandes netted the second in the 20th minute. For Serco the lone goal was scored by Dwij Armarkar in the 33rd minute.
Results – Super Div: Income Tax 2 (Mackilon Fernandes, Kalpesh Rane) beat Serco SC 1 (Dwij Armarkar).
