Atharva Kulkarni bagged double crown, while Chaitanya Hatipkar & Kanak Arjunwadkar retained their last year’s crown in their respective events of the Third Palghar District Ranking Table Tennis tournament, held during the last weekend, at New VIVA College,Virar. The tournament was held under the auspices of Palghar District Table tennis Association & Young Star Trust, Virar. 
The matches were played in six different categories with a total of 130 players from Palghar District taking part in this tournament. On the final day, office bearers of PDTTA were present along with other dignitaries to boost the morale of all finalists.

Cadet Boys’ : Winner- Mrunmay Patil R-up – Manthan Walinjkar
Sub.Jr. Boys’ : Winner – Atharva Kulkarni R-up – Anish Shanbhag
Jr. Boys’ : Winner – Atharva Kulkarni R-up – Dhruv Walinjkar
Youth Boys’: Winner- Chaitanya Hatipkar R-up – Saby D’abreo
Men : Winner – Ketan Palwankar R-up- Sanjay Patankar
Women: Winner – Kanak Arjunwadkar R-up- Saniya Patil
